Competitor ad research

Feature Request

With this feature, you can "spy" on ads along with your competitors'. It's a great way to get ideas and see what your competitors are doing. Initially, we plan to release it only for Facebook, but we'll introduce it for other platforms later on.

Some of the planned functions include:

  • Searching for brands and viewing the ads they run (active/inactive).

  • Saving these ads on your board.

  • Analyzing your favorite ads from your competitors and implementing the learnings.

Although we don't have an exact name for it yet, we've considered "Ad Vault" — but it's open to suggestions. :)

    "Competitor Ad Spy" feature should definitely take precedence over "Ad creative image creation" feature.

    Once you know what successful competitor Ads look like from "Competitor Ad Spy" then you can head over to "Ad creative" to make your Ads.

    Thanks so much for your feedback and inputs, really appreciate it - not to mention the kind words :)

    What features would you like to have in an ad spy tool like that? We had some ideas in mind, including:

    • Save your favorite ones and download them / share them

    • Have brands that you could follow and see their new ads / expired ads

    • Persuva could analyse the favorite ones and to create a summary of learnings for you; what they are doing / what could be done better / what they are doing well
